Cancellation Policy

All reservations made through the web site must be guaranteed to a major credit card.
Certain arrival dates and rates may require a deposit.

*Cancellation policy*

All cancellations should be made in written form (fax, letter or e-mail) Cancellations for a hotel room reservation must be received 7 days before prior to the expected day of arrival.
If cancellation of a guaranteed reservation is not received by the required date, the Hotel will charge for one night's accommodation.
Cancellations made in the last 2 days prior to arrival date cause a full payment covenant in Peak Periods (April, May, August, September, October, Christmas, Eastern and Formula 1).
It is recommended that you purchase travel and cancellation insurance.

*Change policy*

Changes are subject to the cancellation policy. When reserved roomtypes are not available on the new dates and the deadline of 7 days for free of charge cancellation is past due, the Hotel will charge for one night's accommodation or require the full payment depending on cancellation policy.

*Guaranteed reservations *

At Hotel Armagrandi Spina, a guaranteed reservation assures you of a room even if you check in late (after 6:00 pm). If exceptionally a room is not available (possible reasons: technical problems or inadvertent overbooking), we will contact you immediately and arrange your accommodation in another hotel in the same category and area and provide transportation to and from the Hotel or cancel your reservation free of charge when needed. Certainly the rate differences will be clarified at our expense.

*Early arrivals and late departures*

If your arrival is early in the day and you prefer immediate access to your room, we recommend reserving for the prior night to guarantee immediate access. Similarly, for late departures, reserving an additional night will guarantee access until you leave the Hotel. If you choose not to reserve, we will be glad to store your bags and make our public facilities available for your comfort.
