Cancellation Policy All cancellations should be made in written form Cancellations for a hotel room reservation must be received 7 days prior to the expected day of arrival. One night's charge will be billed to the guest's credit card for cancellations received less than seven days prior to the check-in date or for guests who fail to arrive (no-shows). Changes in general and/or after check in Changes in general are subject to the cancellation policy. When reserved room types are not available on the new dates and the deadline of 7 days for free of charge cancellation is past due, the Hotel will charge for one night's accommodation fee extra. An accommodation period which is shorter than the reserved dates is also treated as a cancellation and is subject to one extra night's charge. We would like to kindly inform our guests that these rules mentioned are applied even in cases where the reason for the cancellation or change is beyond the control of the guest.
